Job Summary:

The campuses of Tulsa Community College seek academically experienced individuals to serve as the instructor of record for our College Success course on weekdays during the 202` Fall and 2022 Spring semesters. The College Success course introduces new and returning students to the college environment through active practice in developing personal and social strategies to increase involvement in college and community activities and support success in college and in life. Instructors respond to students as distinct individuals by facilitating the required curriculum through activities that reinforce application of study techniques, development of educational goals, and completion of a service-learning project.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum/Instruction, Educational Psychology, Educational Technology, Higher Education Administration, Higher Education Student Affairs, Adult Education, School Counseling, Community Counseling, Library Science, World Languages, Liberal Arts, Communication, Social Sciences, Business, Technology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Science, Human Resources, or Organizational Leadership.

Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary teaching experience.
